If you are a beta tester, you can also use TestFlight feedback so device logs and screenshots are attached by Apple when you choose to include them.
What to include in a bug report
- What you were trying to do.
- The screen or feature where the issue happened.
- Whether the issue is repeatable.
- Your app version and build number.
- The last request id and stable error code, if shown in internal diagnostics or an error message.
- A screenshot or screen recording if it helps explain the issue.
Internal diagnostics for beta testers
DEBUG/internal beta builds may include a diagnostics panel that can copy a short support report. It is designed to include only sanitized metadata such as backend URL, build, current user id, last request id, stable error code, status, and route. It should not include account tokens, admin credentials, raw AI provider responses, prompts, or secrets.
Account and data requests
For account deletion, data deletion, privacy questions, or other account requests, email zao@yuzhes.com and include the email address or username associated with your Zao account. Do not send passwords, API keys, or other secrets.
Known beta limitations
- AI-assisted recipe and meal-planning features may be limited by provider availability, latency, or beta budget.
- Hands-free controls such as camera gestures, voice, or headphone motion are optional accelerators. Manual controls should remain available.
- Some social or community features may be incomplete during early beta testing.
